"Install was sorta easier than I expected"
I ordered this from MOEN and ended up installing the faucet myself over the weekend. The instructions were clear, and everything I needed was in the box, so I didn’t have to make that annoying extra trip to the store.
I’m not exactly super handy, but the whole thing went sorta smoothly and didn’t eat up my whole day. I’m really happy with how simple it ended up being.

"I picked up a Moen shower head..."
I picked up a Moen shower head and it really made a difference. The water pressure feels a lot stronger, and it was easy to install too. Really happy with it so far

"Nice at first, but way too much hassle"
I bought a Moen faucet from moen.com it looked really nice when I first installed it. But after just a few months, the handle started getting loose and the finish began spotting badly. For what I paid, I expected it to hold up a lot better. It still works, but now it feels kind of cheap, and I’m annoyed that I have to deal with tightening it and worrying about the finish already. Not the worst faucet ever, but definitely disappointing and more effort than it should be.

I’ve used Moen in two different houses now, and I never had reason to switch. The stuff just works, looks good, and doesn’t give me the problem like some other brands I’ve tried.

I’ll be honest, I made a quick call on this MOEN faucet because the finish caught my eye, and I was right. It looks even better in person. No blotchy spots, no cheap-looking shine, just a clean smooth finish that makes the sink area look nicer.
I’ve had it for a few weeks now and it’s been easy to keep clean. A quick wipe is usually enough, and fingerprints don’t jump out at you. First impression was strong, and so far it’s held up.

Bottom line: it worked perfectly. I needed a part for my old Moen faucet and wasn’t totally sure it would fit, but it went on without any issues and did exactly what I needed.

Overall, my order turned out good and I’m happy with it. That said, the wait was a bit annoying, and the waiting part was probably my biggest complaint. I kept checking for updates and there just weren’t many, which was frustrating. Still, everything arrived fine in the end, so I can’t complain too much, even though the delay and lack of updates were definitely annoying.

"Looks great and felt like a safe choice"
I picked this Moen faucet mainly because I liked the style, but I also didn’t want to take a chance on something that might look cheap once installed. Thankfully, it looks even better in person. The finish is clean without being overly shiny, and it matches our bathroom much better than the old faucet.

I had an issue with my faucet. Nothing major, but enough to be annoying. Called tech support expecting the usual runaround, but the person I got was actually helpful. Walked me through the steps, kept it clear, didn’t make it complicated. A few minutes later it was fixed. Painless, honestly

Overall, I’m happy with this sensor. It usually picks up motion like it should, but every now and then I find myself giving it a second wave just to make sure it noticed me. Not a big deal, but it’s one of those things where I like knowing it’s definitely working.

I’ve had this faucet for a few weeks now, and every time I use it I’m like, wow, why didn’t my old one feel like this? The handle turns really smoothly without sticking or feeling wobbly. It just moves exactly how you’d want it to, which sounds like a small thing until you realize how annoying the old one was.

"Great first impression, and still no leaks"
Right away, I had a good feeling about this Moen faucet when I swapped out my old one. It felt solid from the start, and a few months later it’s still been completely dry around the base and handles. No annoying dripping at night either. It’s a simple thing, but it’s really nice not having to think about leaks anymore
